MedspaPhotos Pricing

The AestheticsPro alternative for photos and consent

The short version: AestheticsPro is a full med spa management platform: booking, charting, POS, marketing, with photos and e-consent as features inside it. It publishes its prices ($160 to $350 a month, by tier), which is rare and to its credit, and its Capterra rating is solid.

If you are searching for an alternative, it is usually for one of two reasons: you do not want to run your whole practice through one suite, or the photo and consent workflow is the part that actually matters to you. Medspa Photos is that piece alone, done properly: aligned capture, signed photo consent, and exports the server blocks unless consent covers them. $99 a month flat, with a 14-day trial you can start today.

What AestheticsPro does well

A fair comparison starts here. AestheticsPro has been serving med spas for years, it covers the whole front office in one system, and it is one of the few vendors in this category that puts its prices on its website. Its Capterra listing shows a 4.4 out of 5 rating across more than 600 reviews [4], and reviewers specifically praise the intake flow and the photo documentation. If you want one platform for booking, records, POS, and marketing, and its tiers fit your team size, it is a reasonable choice.

Where Medspa Photos differs

It does one job, so nothing else has to move.

Switching practice management platforms means migrating your calendar, your charts, your payment processing, and retraining everyone. Adopting Medspa Photos means staff open a camera app with a ghost overlay. Your booking system, your POS, and your charts stay exactly where they are.

Consent is enforced at the moment it matters.

Storing a signed e-consent is table stakes. The failure happens later, when someone is about to post and nothing checks the form. In Medspa Photos, the patient's signed consent is checked by the server on every export. Clinical record only means no social export, full stop. A revocation blocks future exports immediately and pulls existing exports the same minute.

Flat price, no per-user math.

$99 a month per location covers unlimited staff and patients. There are no tiers to outgrow and no per-user add-ons to recount every time you hire an injector. If you ever leave, exporting your photos and consent records is free.

Keep your practice software. Fix your photos. 14 days free, set up the same day, no call required.

Common questions

Is this a full replacement for AestheticsPro?

No. AestheticsPro is a full practice management platform. Medspa Photos does photos and consent only, and runs alongside whatever you use for booking and payments. It replaces AestheticsPro when the photo and consent workflow is the part you actually need.

What does AestheticsPro cost?

It publishes pricing: Pro-Plus at $160 a month for 2 users with $85 per additional user, Executive at $285, and Enterprise at $350, both with unlimited users, per its pricing page in July 2026.

Does AestheticsPro do photos and consent forms?

Yes: photo storage with alignment guides and comparison tools, and e-consent forms. What we could not find in its public documentation is an enforced link between the two, a check that blocks an export the consent does not cover.

Can I try Medspa Photos without a sales call?

Yes. The trial is self-serve: sign up with a card and you are working the same day. Nothing is charged until day 15, and you can cancel before then in one click.

What does it cost?

$99 per month per location, flat. Unlimited staff and patients, no contract, no onboarding fee, and no export fees if you ever leave.
