What PatientNow does well
PatientNow is a real platform with a long history in aesthetics. It covers booking, charting, payment processing, memberships, and marketing automation in one system, its site advertises free onboarding and no contract, and it offers financing. For a practice that wants one vendor for everything and has the patience for a sales-led rollout, it is a legitimate candidate. Compare it against Aesthetic Record, AestheticsPro, and Nextech, not against a photo app.
What RxPhoto does well
RxPhoto is the best-known dedicated capture app in aesthetics. Its ghosting is patented, it has positioning templates and background removal, and it syncs with Nextech and PatientNow.
